Home improvement options

Home improvement and interior decoration options will be made available to home owners (with a pre-set dateline), before the completion of the project. It will be co-ordinated to save time and future inconveniences

Rental/resale services

Provide assistance to home owners who wish to sell or rent out their units, in order to achieve maximum return on investment

Quality condominium management

A team of trained personnel will ensure that the condominium is professionally managed and contributes toward building healthy community living through various family and social orientated programmes and activities
